LC66E2316
Overview
The LC66E2316 is an on-chip EPROM version of the LC6623XX Series CMOS 4-bit single-chip microcontrollers. The LC66E2316 provides the same functions as the LC662316A, and is pin patible with that product. Since the LC66E2316 is provided in a window package, it can be reprogrammed repeatedly and is thus optimal for program development.
